The Wedding Timeline will be the "playbook" that, as coordinators, we will refer to during your ceremony and reception. Creating your timeline now allows you to relax on your Big Day. It will be our jobs to make sure everything flows effortlessly behind-the-scenes. We will also share your timeline with all of your vendors ahead of time to make sure everyone is on the same page.

SAMPLE WEDDING TIMELINE
3:30 - Guests arrive at venue
4:00 - CEREMONY BEGINS
4:30 - Ceremony concludes - Family & Wedding Party portraits
4:30 - Happy Hour begins (Tray passed appetizers - Bar open)
5:15 - Grand Entrance
5:30 - First dance
5:35 - Bride/Father dance
5:40 - Groom/Mother dance
6:00 - Dinner service begins
6:45 - Speeches
7:00 - Program activities (Bouquest toss, garter belt, Bride & Groom trivia game, etc.)
7:30 - Dance floor open!
9:30 - Event concludes
