Information we collect initially (before deposit):

* Your answers to the questions on our Get-A-Quote form.

* Any other details you choose to share with us.

Information we collect later (after deposit):

​

​* We will send you a  contract that asks more detailed questions about your event, such as a timeline and location of the event, point of contact person, food and beverage choices, etc.

Information we do NOT collect:

​

* We use PayPal as our primary form of payment. By PayPal's design, I am not privy to any of the information you enter into PayPal. I will never have access to your credit card information.

Communication methods:

​

* Phone calls and text messages. If we miss your first phone call, an automatic text message is sent to you with a link to our Get-A-Quote form. This text message is sent only once if your first phone call to us goes unanswered.

* Emails & questionnaires.

 

* I will never contact you for anything other than regarding the details for which you contacted me.​

​

*  Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

​​

How to opt out of communication:

​

* Once your event date has passed, you are automatically removed from our system. 

​

* If you no longer wish to receive communication from Aloha On The Rocks, simply say so and I will manually remove you from our system.
